It’s how we know it’s you when you come to ICYCLE, so we can keep track of your points and rewards. We’ll send you what you need to know about ICYCLE and your account – confirmation when you earn points.
Let’s find out! If you think you already have an account or as member, sign in with the email address and password you think you used and we’ll let you know right then and there if we have your email in our system. If you don’t remember your password we can send you a link to reset it.
Phinonics identifies you based mainly on the email address and valid phone number you use when you register for an account. This becomes your Phinonics username. Upon registration, you will be asked for a password, which subsequently becomes the only means by which Phinonics verifies if it is really you.
Every system designed for humans should be forgiving enough that when humans forget, there is a fallback through which they can regain access to the system. For Phinonics, the fallback authentication mechanism relies on the reset password being sent to your registered email address.

After Online registration, you will receive automatic barcode on your account. For mobile App, please go to ‘PROFILE’. For Web, Go to ‘BARCODES’
You just have to make sure the address is entered correctly (you will receive a notice upon your registration to enter your address for us to send barcode sticker to you); Kindly go to ‘Info’ after logging in. Rest assured, and we will send you the stickers via post right after your successful registration. Typically, the postage will arrive in 1 week.
If you have a set of barcode stickers with you. Kindly scan using barcode scanner to add your extra barcode into your account. the scanner is at your personal profile page please refer to this link:
Stickers uniquely linked to your account will be posted to you upon registration. iCYCLE awards points to your account based on seeing these stickers on the recycle bags you drop into iCYCLE Bins or that you pass to iCYCLE Collectors.
The authentic stickers will come through the post so you can check the sender information. Furthermore, you can scan the barcode of your sticker using your Phinonics mobile App to check if the sticker barcode is really linked to your account. You could also add your barcode; if the barcode belongs to someone else, the system will disallow it from being added to your account.
POINTS AND REDEMPTION

Your barcode might not be registered yet during the collection of your recyclables; the RP will still be registered under your account. Please contact us.
After you logged in, click on the ‘Redemption’, and you will be able to redeem product/Sunway Pals/cash/voucher using your Recycle Point (RP).Please refers to the video below.

RPs is linked uniquely to your account, and redemption using the RPs in your account can only be performed when you are logged in to your account.
Through your online account, you can see a list of Drop transactions detailing the date, time, and location of bag drops and the RP awarded for each bag.
All RPs are only shown to the account holders when they login to the Phinonics system, and all communications of RP from different entities within the iCYCLE ecosystem are performed via standard encryption.

The latest iCYCLE Bins are designed with a one-way push-in mechanism such that the bags once dropped cannot be removed through the drop window, thus only authorized iCYCLE staff are able to empty the bins of the bags therein.
Through the Phinonics mobile App, a genuine Collector (with profile picture, contact, usertype) will be assigned by iCYCLE, then you will be able to directly communicate with the Collector via the chat feature.
Launch the Phinonic app, go to “REQUEST”, click “iDROP”, click on the “ press here” message on the screen.
The QR Code will be pasted on the bin if it is indoor or the GPS data from the user is not accurate. If there is no QR Code, kindly press the blue button at the bottom to execute the drop of your recyclables.
iCYCLE at the moment does not buy insurance to cover for any damage to the bin or to the users. Please use the bin with care as the terms and conditions of iCYCLE user signup has disclaimed the responsibility if the users agree to use our service.
Yes, absolutely. You need to register and select “expert “on the registration page.
With the given barcode, you are required to service your bins and paste the barcode on your collection, before you drop into iCYCLE Bin, please make sure the collection is dry and clean.
iCYCLE typically takes about 2 weeks to update your collection data. You shall be able to view your own collection point by log into your own account via Phinonic.com or by mobile app.
PHINONIC Mobile APP
You are required to use your phone OR email to login with your password.
This feature works when the user move closer to an iCYCLE bin and drop his/her recyclables into the designed bin. The app will detect your location and points will be allocated accordingly.
This is used by iCYCLE Experts (Driver, Collector) to collect recyclables from iCYCLE bin to our warehouse. Want to be our expert? Contact us!
This feature works when there is no GPS connection (usually condo and undergrounds) and you are close to an iCYCLE bin with a QR code.
